"LET THEM BE KIDS" is an all volunteer, non-profit organization created to build community capacity on the grassroots level; while building playgrounds, skate parks and fitness parks across Canada. These projects leave a legacy of community members who are inspired and better equipped to lay a strong foundation for a brighter tomorrow.

The Elizabeth Rummel School & Community Playground Project is a school directed initiative that will replace an outdated wooden play structure with a safer, enhanced and larger capacity structure on the joint-use land adjacent to the school. The project’s scope will include further enhancements to the outdoor and field area. The intention of this venture is to strengthen our sense of community and to inspire and empower all of our residents through involvement in this project from “conception” to “installation”.

Old wooden play toy comes out...

Time to say goodbye to an old friend....

22 days from now we will be coming together as a community to build our new friend!!! Our new playground will provide a safer, more stimulating place for our kids to play. Hopefully the sun will be back out by then!!
